Hi can anyone help me. I have a Scantronic 9651 alarm at home which is giving me a battery low alarm. When silenced it will return within ten minutes. I've removed the cover and tested voltage on battery which is 13V but I have no voltage on leads. Does this mean the panel power supply is faulty...
