My Halstead finest platinum keeps loosing pressure. Last time the pressure dropped down to 0 i topped it up with water and it was ok for about 2 days and now is dropping back down to zero any ideas?

I found the filling loop and its connected at both ends? Should it be as it has a sticker on it saying disconnect after charging?
