baxi 105 e dhw problems when hot water tap is turned on neon flashes boiler fires up hot water is good at tap but then after about twenty seconds boiler cuts off hot water temp drops to luke warm after about the same time fires up again and water is hot again this keeps doing this up and down while tap is on can anyone help thankyou any advice appreciated this is a pain when your trying to have a shower
