Screw doesnt move at all, I could only move the wing nut, I have tighten the wing nut with my hands anti clock wise and it still leaks. Maybe the screw could move if I loosen up the wing nut, should I give that a try? Im looking at it like how I took the picture :P so its anti clock wise

Its turning, should I keep turning the thing around the screw? anti clock wise? Thanks for the reply, I would get someone but I have money issues so I'm going to try my best to fix it my self
