central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?

Is it not the case that moisture can appear in the diaphragm side through condensation etc and that is all that is being expelled? Sourced from a heating engineer, "Some people will tell you your diphragm is bust but it's just condensation that's been drawn in on the air side over the years...

central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?

Basically just leaking out, once charged I tried the valve again and it was more of an aspiration rather than a jet of water. What is the correct procedure?

central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?

Sorry for stupidity, the red one in the boiler is the primary, the one external is the secondary. I can't get a pic of the secondary because it's behind boxing in but here is a schematic of where it connects. So you reckon this is not about kettling and sludge but the secondary...

central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?

OK So is this big red tank the primary or secondary? There is another smaller one connected with pipes sitting down on the floor

central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?

Just under 2 bar. Also, there is no problem when it's just the central heating that's on, no noise at all that I would associate with kettling It is the valve on top of the sealed tank that is passing when hot.

central heating boiler problem --- sludge? Wrong advice?
