It's a Manrose fan. No idea how old though as I've just moved into the property.

I've done a quick video to illustrate the problem. Whilst I was doing it, the fan started working... but very noisily! Any ideas?

Bathroom extractor fan buzzes but blades don't turn. Does anyone know if this is more than likely a problem to do with the motor?
