check the pressure switch is actually switching, it could be theres not enough pressure building all the time the pumps running to keep it closed have you actually had the pump to bits to check the impellor for fluff/debris/ hard fat etc Id be surprised if there wasnt some muck in there after 10...
on rechecking the pressure switch the centre pip on' the diaphragm had become dislodged.now rebuilt and all working fine
still dont know why both terminals on the board for the above switch are 240V all the time but thats the mystery of electronics Ill leave that one for another lifetime...
if its same set up as ours Novotronic T230 theres a non resettable thermostat on the back of the drum (access panel on rear) guess how that got fixed!!
