yep you're right - there is a black engine box behind the cover, ok well thanks. Looks like i'll have to price up a new engine box.

Hi there, I installed a Gainsborough 9.5kw Electric Shower just over 2 years ago now and all of a sudden the water just won't run warm/hot. Just ice cold water coming out. I would rather not have to change the shower if can get away with fixing it myself, I'm no pro but i'm ok with DIY...
