Hammer and bolster just won't work. The masonry is like solid rock.
Bloody nightmare
I will have to rent or buy a really powerful robust drill.
Cheers guys.

Hi guys and girls.
I'm asking a stupid question because I'm no good at DIY
I want to install the housing for flushed sockets into solid/brick walls.
Can I use a rechargeable drill for this with a masonry bit. Or do I have to use a special electric masonry drill.
Cheers, much...
I was wondering if its possible to render the exterior brickwork of my kitchen when it is already covered in flaking white paint. Or do I have to remove all the paintwork from the bricks first before commencing the render.
Thank You.

Cheers lads for your help.
I think an expert is what I need. I am competent of installing radials ect, but never to this degree.
I wish I had three phase lol.

I may be planning to start a small laundry buisniss on my own domestic premises, so it is likely that all 6 machines could be running at the same time. So is my best bet to use 6 radial circuits all with their own 32amp fuses.
Hi.
I want to install 6 radial circuits for 3 commercial washing machines and 3 commercial tumble dryers. Each machine is 25 amps. So I was going to install six 4mm radial cables for each machine each having their own 32 amp fuses. Or is there a more convenient way of running these machines...
Hello folks.
I have not much knowledge when it comes to electrics but I would like to know if its possible to install a six way consumer unit and run all six mcbs at 32 amps each, or would the consumer unit not be able to handle this load.
cheers.[/b]
