Spoke to united utills and it's not there's, it private. Spoke to council and they said I don't need permission so I can build over it , just make sure it's accessible somehow. That'll do for me!

I have an old council house (bought outright). On the united utilities searches when i bought the house the sewer points front and back of the house (yes i have both!) are not shown on the searches. This is what makes me think its a private sewer.

As you no longer need planning permission for a loft conversion (or am i wrong) i thought i will make a project for my self.
First I'm going to do the electrics by coming off the main feeders to the DB downstairs and installing a new DB in the loft to feed sockets and light.
