Hi, if I look at my ceiling it looks like a layer of lining paper then covered in artex. I know you can plaster over artex if you first apply a glue mixture but if there is a layer of lining paper, isn't that going to a "flinsy" Has anyone done this before? Many thanks, Galaxy
