I have been told that this problem could be due to a faulty Diverter Valve. Could this be the problem? What is the purpose of the diaphram unit? Many Thanks

Hello all. I've just moved into a house which has a Vokera Excell 80E combi Boiler and Im having problems getting the DHW to work. When the central heating is on, all that I get from the hot taps throughout the house is luke warm water. It never gets hotter, yet the rads seem to work fine...
