About 4 weeks ago we had the bottom third of one of our living room walls replastered due to rising damp. The rest of the room is painted in vinyl silk but, since this doesn't seem to be recommended for newly plastered walls, we were going to use "Dulux Natural Hints Matt Emulsion- Jasmine...
