Thanks for your reply Was just a bit worried as they do like quite heavy - and my car isn't huge, just a ford fiesta ! My old boiler was so heavy when I shifted it a few years back, 2 of us had ti as it was an old cast iron heat exchanger type. Have you come across the falcon boiler before?

I had this problem too with the heating - no power to orange only to white (and grey) - so I moved the manual lever a bit, turned it on/off a few times and hey presto It happend in my old house too, very similar - this time though I removed the actuator and freed the spindle and worked...
