Thanks for all the help. I pushed the boat out and fitted a new diverter valve this afternoon. Flushed system, and filled with inhibitor. It's cured the problem, water is heating up when the taps are turned on full. Radiators are cool when hot water is running, chuffed. Gary

Thanks, I was hoping that the two faults would pin point to the diverter valve, and hopefully be a quick fix. Gary
