What about if you pva glue all the joints?

Hi, thinking of using silicone in the joints of a laminate floor I’m about to lay, reason is I’m laying it in a kitchen and just want to give it a better chance of survival against water splashes, is this normal practice? Or would a pva glue be better? Thanks

Just a thought, I have quite a few tins of left over auto paint, ie cellulose etc, surely this should block anything in its path? Not being tight just can’t be arsed to que up at screwfix lol.

Yes I think you are right, both cooker and hob are wire to a 13amp spur switch!!! Having just checked out cooker switches on screwfix I’m now assuming the Muppet that wired this up used the wrong switch? Please correct me if I’m wrong?
