best render for my old flaking external walls?

Glad the REP's back in place, so what would you suggest to the original OP? what's on my house as I've said is not much more than sand and lime. Time will tell how long the MP75 will hold up but as I suspect the rest could fall off and it will still be there, it looks better than it did, and...

What got me in the instructions, it says it can be used on internal walls and all other elevations (that being external) also the the designation MP75 G/F Gypsum/Fassade (facade) It does absorb water slightly as indicated by the colour change, but it is only slightly and nobody else seems to...

    Pest control -mice?

I have a very large property that I am constantly fighting against vermin. I poison the place from top to bottom and have tried to block every concievable point of entry with PU foam and do my best to remove all food sources. It's true a mouse can get through a hole the size of a pencil! and...

    Dimmer switch and extractor.

I've used dimmer switches to control ventilater fans before, you need to be sure the fan is'nt rated higher than the switch. I use a Multifan controller now though that will control the fan according to temperature and switch the heating on if necessary
