Thx for the reply zipper. Had someone come and look at it today. It was a faulty Valve. It has been replaced and he also cleared out the condensor. Hopefully everything will run smoothly now.

When using the wash and dry cycle (which we use every 3 days) the clothes are still coming out damp. We have have used this cycle for nearly 2 years with no problems. It appears that when the cycle finishes the clothes are very hot and damp. I am no expert but its like the condensor isnt...
