Upstairs and downstairs on two different circuits, both flickering ... nothing has tripped.

What's the service head? is that the part just before the consumer unit?

No nothing, it's happening on the kitchen and bathroom circuits, no problems at all so far on anything plugged into 13 amp sockets or anything.

Had a 5hr power cut last week and since then the LED downlights in both kitchen and bathroom have started to intermittently flicker. Changed all the ones in bathroom but no difference, filled in the webform to Northern Powergrid who rang to say someone would come to check it out that afternoon...

Is there any way of working out whether I need a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch kit? or is it a case of taking it apart and measuring the diameter of the part that screws into the main body?

I don't want to change the size of the panels as i don't want to change any pipe work .... just wondered if anyone thought the slightly higher output would be worth it ....

Got 3 small rads 800 x 600 that could do with replacing as are becoming quite corroded ..... Would there be any point changing from type 21 to 22 when buying new ones?

Got a new Aqualisa Midas 110 bar shower, my problem is the right hand flow control is incredibly stiff especially the last few millimetres to the off position. This means you often come back to find it dripping away as was never turned completely off. Anyone know if something can be adjusted to...
