Thanks Oilman/Chris R. I shall drain the system again after I have called Fernox. They should know a little about this problem. :o I am shocked that I have an alien blob growing in my pipes! I should call Steve McQueen if he was still alive! :wink:

That should have said "should Ifit ..." That's great though thanks for the help! I wont bother with the no-return valve as it seemed to be the source of the vibrations in the pipe. :P
