Thanks for your reply everyone. The item was bought from Argos. I have spoken to Indesit today who confirm i have been sold a european model, and although it is 220/230/240v and 50hz, it has the wrong connection on the end. They are sending a replacement asap.

Hi, I have purchased an Indesit H961FIX and have noticed the electrical connection on my appliance is a 2 pin plug. Is this normal. The manual says it has been manufactured as a class II, therefore no earth cable is necessary. Please advise if this is ok for the UK. Thanks.

Hi, I am about to tile my bathroom and wondered what the best wall tile grout and adhesive to use (not the combined stuff). The ceramic tiles are 240mm x 400mm. Preferably non slip and anti mould as well.
