Despite more than 40 attempts over the past week, I have not managed to get through to Neff's telephone number. Have finally resorted to dear old "snail mail", with a stamp on an envelope!.

Unfortunately, the electric supply to the igniter is a single cable which is linked to the power to the oven, with the clock and other controls. Will try to get a picture to post here. Thanks for interest.

Despite earlier helpful and other responses, problem still exists. The illustration does not appear to be same as my Neff hob which is black/silver. Help still hoped for, please!

Despite thorough cleaning, the "spark" on the Neff gas hob (Type 21) continues to operate even after the burners have lit. Installed over 4 years ago, and perfectly OK up to now. Is there anything I can do to stop this annoying problem, please?
