Hi all It’s looking like the floor level of an extension is lower than main drainage of property. I would like to avoid Saniflo. Is there any other options. We live in a town rather the countryside and so have neighbouring properties.

Yep sick of it... honestly churn through them. The brass one looks great however we prefer the gun type ones with varying spray patterns; however they just dont seem very robust. For such reasons why I prefer to use the gun / trigger type ones

Was this supposed to link to something specific or just the main page of Wickes? I think better to just bring inside i.e. into a shed, cellar or whatever and keep it protected and get many years of use out of it... just been through so many now.

Yeah would be inclined to agree - a time consuming job for sure and I will never opt nor recommend mosaic tiles again given how many grout lines there are. Larget format tiles and less grout lines are a better way to go. Concerns 1. Depth of the mosaic tiles - not much for getting grout into...
