Heatlink with power, producing hot water but no heating

Nest Thermostat working

This was following one of the other threads, but having it like that just trips out the 3amp fuse. I have since took the heatlink back off & have no power going to the boiler as I have removed the fuse. There doesnt seem to be anything helpful in the boiler manual, like a wiring schematic.
