Last year the upvc door/frame of front door was swapped to a solid wooden door with no glass along with a wooden frame. A fanlight exists in the wooden frame. Our buyers annoying law firm is asking for a fensa cert but i dont think it is needed for wooden. Any certified people to confirm please?

I would like to know where the bracket or RSJ goes in this case. There are two floors plus a loft room. I own first floor and converted loft room. Downstairs has had breasts removed before they lived there. I would like to remove one. I need to get a structural engineer to look & do a drawing...
