It happens quick when the boiler is starting from cold ie 1st thing in morning. The return pipe seems to get really hot before the flow pipe. Once the boiler and everything is up to temp it cuts in and out as it should do.

No we have had no work done on the system. The pump is working fine all rads nice and hot no cold spots anywhere. Could it be a stat issue calling for heat when it should be shunting down.

My Boiler keeps going to fault code F24 return temperature over 90 degrees does anyone have any ideas why this is happening.

I have been getting boiling in my heat exchanger i have put cleaner through the system and add a magnetic sypon to collect all debris in system. But one thing i noticed when doing this is the pipe that is meant to be the return on the boiler is the pipe that gets hot 1st when the boiler fires...
