2.6M span with 125mm X 47mm C24 @ 600mm centres. Topped with 18mm OSB and epdm rubber. Its a sectional concrete garage (2.6M X 4.8M) looking to replace current roof with a new flat one. Does this sound ok?

I'm looking to order 1.3 m3 of concrete for a shed base. A quick google search tells me the average price is £75 per m3 plus delivery (from checkatrade link below). So I'm thinking about £200. I've had 2 quotes and both have been over £450.
Am I being over quoted? I'm based in Birmingham...
