Thanks for the advice its given me something to think about. I like the idea of the 64-W and am really tempted now though my 24W is working fine. I see unofficial flashers are cheap. I'm up to the eyes revamping the ensuite at the moment so tempted to get com unit and cheap flasher to get it...

Options are: Treat it. Skim it with multifinish Strip off browning and redo with bonding and skim. or It may be possible to skim a very thin layer of multifinish.....almost just making the wall smooth rather than a 2 or 3mm coat - is that ok?
