I looked at my ceiling in the living room and there's a crack in it. Above this area is the landing. Is this just the plaster cracking or should I be concerned that the ceiling will come through??

I turn the shower off and water still coming out the shower head. I took the front peice off and when I tighten the screw it does stop but lossens when I use shower again, so got to keep tightening the screw. Why is it doing this please?

I had to have a brand new boiler fitted

My garden back gate has rotted so have a new gate coming soon. It Dosent come with any hinges or anything, can I use the ones that are already on the gate? If so what size screws would I need? The hinges below are the ones already attached to the frame so I don't want to take off, can I do this?

Had the leaks in my boiler repaired yesterday, all was fine yesterday and now today the pressure keeps dropping to nothing once I put heating on or hot water. When I put on the hot tap there's a banging noise on the boiler and the pressure keeps jumping up and down a few times then goes to zero...

I opened it up and looks like the black bit is leaking, someone is coming next week but wondered if anyone knows if this is a common thing and easy fix or a big job?

Hello, My boiler leaks from underneath the boiler once I put on shower/hot tap or heating. Then it will lose pressure completly. What could this be?

Vaillant boiler won't heat up the radiators. Iv turned heating on today first time since maybe January, I have hot water but no heating why is this?

I got a replacement waste basket from b and q, but it will not screw together. Am I missing something ? Thanks
