I've also been reading online about using a mild sheen paint instead of matte - apparently that hides the marks better...is that true?

How does the sanding help? What grade of sand paper should I use?

Can I target the patchy areas or would I have to paint the whole ceiling?

I used a water down Dulux super matte for the mist and normal emulsion for the other coats. No it's a woolly. I tried to maintain even pressure, but doesn't seem to have worked. It's patchy paint coverage. So I can go over with a third coat?

Need some advice. I've had my artex ceiling skimmed. To paint it, I applied 1 coat of mist paint and 2 coats of matte emulsion paint. I can still see roller marks on the ceiling. How do I get rid of the marks? Can I apply a third coat of emulsion?
