    Thanks for the excellent ideas, the "water" will be somehow filtered using hydrogen. As yet I have no idea how, but my only concern is the supply for pump and the fan.

    Thanks for that, the fan is yet to be decided but its to be installed in a steel container that will filter dirty water! Not seen the container as yet its just the fan providing the headache.

    Hi I need to install a fan in a container to run in conjunction with a pump. The problem I have is the customer needs the pump to stop if the fan fails. My only idea so far is an airflow switch of some sort. Can any one offer any suggestions. Many thanks.

    Have a problem with wireless broadband due to the construction of a house (concrete floors) Have tried a better quality router with no luck. Bt points are wired in cat5e cable, is there anyway of utilizing the same cable for broadband.

    Thanks for the info but thats the problem, can do calculations for under 25mm but cant remember how to apply values "r" "x" and "z". Its for a 3phase install but the supply run is 311 meters for a 100 amp supply.

    Sounds like loose connection on non rcd side,have you checked all connections in consumer unit especially bus bar, have you tested with volt tester. don,t take this the wrong way but are you sure you are competent as its not a place to be messing about if unsure.

    sorry to drag on this topic even longer but we have been advised to used the "rubbishy chock-box" by niceic inspector due to the supplied cord grip for the flex and stop using the small j/b's. any thoughts.

    Result,they had and extension built in garden and had run an extension point into its office. When i disconnected this line problem solved. It appears builder had buried the cable in gravel and cable damaged somewhere. many thanks for all your help.
