Wiring 2 LV lighting circuits to 1 switch

tsk  I would have thought it was obvious I had 2 transformers  As for part P of the building regs, I am aware of it yes. My understanding is it's OK to replace damaged or old cable, and as the stuff I've taken out is sheilded in black rubber I should be ok on that front. It's...

Wiring 2 LV lighting circuits to 1 switch

Big? no chance. Got 3 35w spots and a Extractor/light for above the bath (at a height of 2.4m from the floor so no zone problems) Typing that I've just remembered, the fan needs wiring in as well. Would the be any preferential order for the wiring? I'm using a 105W and a 35W transformer...

Wiring 2 LV lighting circuits to 1 switch

Ay-up I'm redoing my bathroom and I am installing 2 low voltage lighting circuits. Would it be best to split the cable from the switch using a junction box or to run the cable from the switch to one transformer and then on to the next? Cheers Stu

    Which traps in a bathroom?

Simple question, from the multitude of traps available on the market which type (bottle, p, s etc) would be best to fit to a bath and a basin in my new bathroom. The bath will have a panel so being unsightly doesn't matter. I don't mind cutting holes in floorboards so size isn't important but...

    Plastic pushfit pipes...

Are they any good? As mentioned previously I'm installing a bathroom soon and the idea of bendy plastic pipe and pushfit connections is much more appealing than copper pipe and compression joints. Have they been around long enough to have a proven track record? and what about earth...

    Lead pipe query

Ay-up. i'm soon to be installing a new bathroom, and in the process I'm going to be replacing the old lead piping but I'm a bit confused over the sizes of pipe. I've know about the Lead-Loc things, but which one would i need. The hot water pipe has an external diameter of 28-29 mm and the...
