Can someone tell me what I need to do here? I have recently moved in to this house and the previous tenant was flooded by upstairs. Has the paste become part of the plaster? Every time I have a shower the wall gets soaked and it takes 14 hours to dry out! Any advice welcome. Thank you in advance
