Overhang well into the gutter I think. There was a few spots were the old roof was leaking through a bit I think previously by looking on street view etc.

Survey reckoned it was movement but very historical and nothing to worry about but looks pretty bad. Any thoughts on how bad and what would need doing? Roof tiles have also been replaced within the last couple of years or so. https://ibb.co/FVK9YNt8 https://ibb.co/QHY15GY8
