Survey reckoned it was movement but very historical and nothing to worry about but looks pretty bad. Any thoughts on how bad and what would need doing? Roof tiles have also been replaced within the last couple of years or so.

Be interested to see how far the tiles overhang into the gutter as well. Something that needs sorting, at the very least those gaps will let insects, birds inside. Looks like the whole fascia and soffit have moved quite a bit.

Overhang well into the gutter I think. There was a few spots were the old roof was leaking through a bit I think previously by looking on street view etc.

Possibly roof spread.
Plate sliding off the inner wall .
The tiles would have moved with it so gutter over hang would still be ok.
You need a proper inspection not a guess
