Vent probably the best way forward. When decorating scrape old flaky stuff away and sand smooth. Use Zinnsser primer then your emulsion. Follow the guide for Zinnsser.

Mr Hailsham... Hi... done that .. hot water still OK. BUT - To test the stat i cranked up the heat until the burner light came on. Nothing happened (except for a red light at the reciever station ) Would the RF model be wired differently? Thank so much for your help on this :0D

Hello all. Bit of a newbie here. Done a bit but struggling to find a monobloc tap mounting plate. The tap is a monaco monobloc. The mounting plate has gone down a drain.... DONT LAUGH !! Any clues would be great. Ps I have tried the drain etc but no luck Cheers all
