thanks. it has always been crap but not long ago we had all but one radiator working 8)

our c/h stays cold down stairs when first switch on, we have to turn the radiators off up stairs untill downstairs gets hot, but when i turn upstairs back on, downstairs goes cold again,i have tried bleeding all the radiators, with no joy. can any body HELP. It is a backboiler system. also...
