yes you can here the mech ok, i opened the door in the morning and it was fine, when out came back, went to open door it was jammed it seems to be the bottom thats stuck, we could take door off but it trying to get the pins out from the hinge butts, somehow we need to knock the pins up hopefully...

our door was working fine, we have a upvc back door, it locks and unlocks fine, the key turns no prob, we have slide bolts top and bottom, thats if its the same mech as front door, the bolts move up and down, and on door frame there are two metal plates for each bolt, the top of the door seems...
