Well, it's not what any of us thought. After about 5 hours of investigation, it was found to be the BCM (Body Control Module) where all the wiring goes in. The wires for the central locking had short circuited and burnt. Therefore, new BCM and re-wiring. Bill for £600. Arrgggggghhhh...

I've just broken the plastic bit that holds the hose. So of course I can't hang up the hose now. Can the whole unit be replaced easily? Are they a universal length so could I just buy a new one and replace it? Thanks.
