fitted a new boiler at the start of last week..working perfectly at the time..them on Monday there pressure drops like a stone..no visible leaks where found at any rad or pipework...Found water constaly going through condi pipe into sink trap... Lanlord nows tells me that i need to be present...

just what i was thinking..burner preassure is good but there was alot of dust dirt around the fan to that was maken a noise so cleaned that it sounds no to bad now....thought maybe a restruction in the gas valve but burner preassure is good.

A fell engineer went out to this job to have a look divertor valve assembly and expansion vessel where the isssues.

Swithced boiler on no proplem then when there a demand for heat or hot water the burner comes no proplem but then the flame in the burner starts to rise then fall very qucikly contusley...thinking blocked air ports in burner or issues with flue...any ideas..i think it needs a good service.

I have seen other gas safe engineers use it on boilers what i ment to say was i used dust spray over the componet then tryed to release the pin to get it going again....but the diaphram needs replaced....

i used a wee bit only on the pin it self to move it..it worked ok..still think mircrswitch is palying up..boiler in heating and hot water mode when i left. 4 screws my friend...why what you thinking...?

hi steve starting to think that even when you run for hot water demand there is no life comming from boiler does nothing..is there just 1 main board for this boiler or 2? what wouls cause preassure to keep going up and own but no sign of leaks?...preassure gauge done..auto matic air vent...

Gas council no 47-590-10 Cstomer had reported loss of presaaure and now pilot light not working a new thermocpole was fitted mont or go or so..put the presassure gauge is constlantly going up and down not maintqain presaaure but no sign of any leaks..

There no power to fan the piolt light is perfect i followed the instruction to a tee...fans run fine ..Potterton say it could be the main board flow switch a mirco switch even a sensor..dont see how the flow switch would have anything to do with a permant piolt light on this boiler.
