On Monday 10th I'm in Keswick, hence added 5 days and made a mistake!
Condensate pipes freeze maybe once a year... You have a very small kitchen and maximising the space would seem more important than venting into a waste outlet.
Last time my compensate pipe froze was last year up in Carlisle - simply cut it with an axe saw and used a plastic pipe connector to make good when it thawed.
A kitchen is a major selling feature of a property...

Great to meet you and your dad today.
I've penned the 15th into my diary, but will start on the Saturday (16th) and have booked a B&B for the week to save the 2 or 3 hours a day in travel time.
Would you ask your central heating guy if he can put the boiler up in the loft or in the small bedroom? You've got a very small kitchen and it seems a shame to reduce it's size further by filling a corner with a boiler rather than cupboard space.
