W W wallis 19 Dec 2010 Thanks for the info on L-F fault Ideal condensate trap -10 here 9 pm and not a 24hour heating man to be found froze the pipe even in the garage electric heat gun all working.bubbling sound was the trick. Many Thanks from a nice and toasty family Wallis
