Thanks - I have and they've given me all the money back because it was so obvious that it was wrong. But I don't know how to correct it. And it's once bitten, twice shy with builders. Once you've had something like this happen, you don't know who to believe. Unless you know what to say...

The builders were supposed to sand a parquet floor and put two coats of varnish on it. No wax. We were not at the premises to see what they did and just trusted they would get it right. When the work was finished, there appeared to be wax on top of the varnish becuase you could see marks...

About 4/5 inches.

You really must keep up with the new Government directives. I'm afraid you are not allowed to take pictures of policepersons in politically embarrassing situations, trains and patio heaters owned by ministers. ...Or fail to re-cycle your tights, underpants or G-strings as garden plant...

Trying to design a kitchen and because of the plumbing, the kitchen sink unit has to be under the window. But the window is lower than the back of the kitchen unit. The last people lived with this problem, but is there any way - other than having new windows, to make the units look ok...
