Got a quick question... can a zone valve be fitted on a cylinder with 28mm flow are return that are gravity fed??.. the idea is to control the hotwater temp on the cylinder... central heating is pumped... boiler is an ideal w2000..

are you sure your hearing the ignition/spark??... i work on these boilers all the time and there are some common faults.. there must a fault code...

have any of you guys heards of a proline 28he boiler.. my brother inlaw wants to sell his flat that has no central heating.. someone suggested he fit this boiler but i cant find any info on it...

just a quick one.. potterton performa 28 is having hot water issue.. boilers firing with bp of 12mb when hot tap is running... but the water is hardly luke warm.. and when tap is running the heating flow pipe is getting warm/hot... i removed the plate H/E to check for debris or blockages and...

Iv got heating pipes running surface around my house that need a touch of paint... whats the best way to tackle this?... what type of paint can you suggest?... also should i rub down the paint that is already on the pipes... what pit falls should i look out for?... cheers

Thanks for the advice andy... Thats a big help mate!.. and like you im a perfectionist too... just one more thing... i have added a an extra socket where my bed will be and have channelled the cables in the wall wats the best way to fill that without it giving me problems of cracking etc...
