I want to remove a rad from my system permanently, do i just put stop ends on about 2 feet of pipe running from flow and return rings? Or is it better to join the flow to the return which wont create air problems?

Hi......i need advice on how to fill in missing plaster behind old skirting. I am going to stick board to it afterwards. Do i PVA or SBR the wall first then fill with cement or bonding? Thanks John
