Just to put at ease, a rewire took place, new rcd board and moved the switch, my fault as I ordered all the parts as per inventory but forgot a new 2 gang switch. All joints were made in accordance to wiring law etc...This is the reason for the OP. I hope I haven't caused too much head...

It was moved professionaly and certified.
