Even if the screws are into the tiles I'll see what they say when they come out

The pvc edging is over the top if the tiles and screwed in to top of tiles I have some plastering company's coming to look at it they are willing to remove the pvc then skim over the ceiling underneath or worse case reboard and skim

But they will probably damage it cutting the tiles and that means I could never remove the ceiling as there would be a gap between the new tile and the broken old tiles they wouldn't be making the ceiling good anyway I would have to pay separately for that as its my ceiling that I paid to have...

The job is being done by the council they have informed me and they will be out to see me to give details and start date but as the ceiling panels sit over the tiles I'm sure there gonna want them removed

Sorry I took so long to report back the tiles that where coming away from the wall need replacing the council agreed to this but could not get the same tile so they want to put random ones in but I have been fighting with then cause I didn't think it was acceptable to leave me with different...
