does anyone know the manufacturer of this shower mixer.I've taken the shower to bits but with no indication on it to help me.the writing on the plate says thermostatic.

boiler reaches temp and turns off.when it cools right down and you call for heat, nothing,a couple of hours later it will fire up.any ideas?
