hi everybody.
cant get the hot water working on this model[the pin will not move out to hit the micro switch].i have stripped the boiler cleaned all waterways of limescale,replaced full diverter valve including hot water valve.checked the small copper tubes are not blocked.i have checked and cleaned the flow cartridge.dhw plate heat exchanger is not blocked.cold water flow and pressure are fine.boiler fires for central heating and fires up if i press the dhw micro switch.

Have you got the sensing pipes transposed?

no,sensing pipes in correct order.

agile the op not mentioned anything, about the gas flue or seal being tampered with.

Look at figure 60 the venturi it shows you falls apart and stops the proper pressures on diaphragm and needs changing cost about 8 quid , but parts of original can fall into plate or cold water isolation valve
