The other controls I have are an old randall 103 timer in the kitchen across the hallway from the Honeywell. Other than that all I can see are radiators and the heat only boiler in the garage

No matter where I put this dial, the radiator is always on unless it's under 10. It feels more like a level control than a thermostat detecting and regulating radiators on and off. It is 41 years old now, would this suggest the thermostat is off (to a high degree not just a few c)? Thanks

Learning boiler control here, thanks for help. Second dial controls the maximum amount of heat going to radiators I believe, is that accurate? What does the first dial do with the lock at the bottom, two circles and the 1 at the top? Anything else I should know about basic operations?

Thanks for that. Would this method seal in VOCs and the like if there is some off gassing effect or just seal damp issues? I'm concerned that this isn't mould that's causing reactions from this material because a p100 mask is not working.

Is there any suspected ID on that flooring other than asphalt (bitumen black mastic etc) and the type of glue used? Does it seem plausible that long term water damage (2 years+) would be causing persistent symptoms beyond mould? I'm confused as to what is causing respiratory symptoms since the...
